Commencing her career in 2002, Nicole is equipped with over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, possessing a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
Nicole has one of the most reputable names in the industry, making her a great asset to our team when she joined in 2019. To her landlords and tenants she is praised for her strong work ethic, efficiency, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Over the past five years Nicole has consistently demonstrated a proactive approach and is currently managing a portfolio of over 200 properties. In addition Nicole is responsible for overseeing the office's financial operations, including mid-month and end-of-month payments, completing property inspections, marketing new listings, liaising with landlords and tenants and where required attending tribunal hearings.
